Paul Chomedey de Maisonneuve / Alfred Laliberté.
Paul Chomedey de Maisonneuve was born of French nobility. He began a military career at a very early age, as was common at the time. He left for New France in 1641. Alfred Laliberté created several sculptures of famous historical figures.
