Marie-Victorin never went plant collecting in Cuba dressed in his robes. He was always perfectly turned out in a business suit - and hat!

is a Hohenbergia penduliflora,
perhaps the largest species
[of its kind in] Cuba,
which indiscriminately takes up residence on ordinary trees,
in the crowns of Palms,
or on the ground.
