Botanical Garden Day Camp

Did you know that Montréal has one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in the world? In the heart of the city, it allows us to stay in touch with nature. When you visit the Botanical Garden, you'll discover plants, flowers, trees and rocks of all kinds, and you can spot the many animals that call the Garden home, including birds, insects, fish, squirrels and even rabbits! It brings nature right to your doorstep.
The Botanical Garden Day Camp is organized around different themes, all of them focused on the natural sciences. It's up to you to choose which theme you're interested in (plants, insects, rocks and minerals). Your time will be divided up between outings, games and the theme you've chosen. Whichever theme you choose, you'll spend a few hours a week gardening. Planting seeds, thinning seedlings, hoeing and picking the fruits of your labor-you'll see how much work is involved.
The Botanical Garden Day Camp complies with all the standards of the Québec Camping Association.
Each session lasts two weeks, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are 10 to 15 in each group, aged either 7 to 8 or 9 to 11 or 12 to 14.
$320 for residents of the City of Montréal ("Accès Montréal" card-holders), $385 for non-residents.
Available with an additional fee.
All activities are offered in FRENCH, under the supervision of qualified staff.
