Caring for your cyclamen

Avoid direct noonday sun
As during the blooming period Keep the tuber in a cool spot away from bright light As during the blooming period

Watering Water copiously
Moisten soil mixture thoroughly
Remove excess water
Allow soil to dry out between waterings
Reduce watering gradually when the leaves start to turn yellow
Stop watering when all the leaves have turned yellow and dry
Do not water, but keep in a spot with sufficient humidity to keep the tuber from becoming desiccated Gradually resume watering as the leaves appear
Fertilizing Every two weeks, fertilize with a balanced fertilizer alternating with a fertilizer high in potassium Stop fertilizing Do not fertilizing Gradually resume fertilizing along with watering
Maintenance and repotting Remove spent leaves and blooms Remove dried leaves Repot the tuber in a suitable soil mixture in late August
