TYPES OF EVENTS	Cocktail parties, receptions, dinners, wedding ceremonies
TECHNICAL DETAILS	Cold drinking water available on site. Hot water not available.
FIRE SECURITY	A fire security plan must be submitted and obtain approuval from the Service de prévention des incendies de Montréal. (Reply obtained within 2-weeks). The final approved version together with a certified copy must be forwarded to the Botanical Garden prior to the event.
Site (40' x 60')	Situated next to the Fuji Pavilion Washrooms : located on site at the Fuji Pavilion
RATES	$1,500.00 2 hours or less $2,500.00 2 to 4 hours $4,000.00 4 hours or more
ADDITIONNAL COSTS	Depending of the number of guests, one to three additional security agents may be required, at the expense of the lessee. Should an event occur during normal operating hours, an entrance fee is required for each one of your guests. The preferential rate will apply.
