In the heart of Montréal, the Montréal Botanical Garden and Insectarium offer you an ideal frame for different events, cocktail parties, conferences, receptions, weddings, meetings, corporate events etc... A number of pavilions as well as open-areas in the Montréal Botanical Garden are available for rental.

Rental Information

• Please note that the rental periods vary according to their availability during the year.
• Rental must depend of the opening hours and the exhibitions in progress.
• Rental periods can take place only after the closing of the sites, since these spaces are visited by the public.
• Rental for a maximum of 8 hours
• Additional rate of $200 / hour would apply.
• All rental contracts end at midnight (12h00).
• Should an extension be required, an additional rate of $500 / hour would apply.

Client Responsibilities

• The client must furnish all necessary material for his/her event.
• The client is also responsible for the caterer and the alcohol permit (if required). A responsibility insurance will also be required.

Confirmation and Payment

• All rentals are confirmed at signature of the contract, upon payment of a $250 non-reimbursable deposit.
• The balance must be paid 10 days prior to the event, at the latest.

Important Notes

• Rental rate includes the presence of a supervisor as well as all applicable taxes.
• Parking fees extra.
• Possibility of offering a guided tour to all your guests.
