POLICY

The Montreal Botanical Garden authorises anyone who wishes to take their wedding pictures in the Garden and that with neither a contract nor a reservation. However, the client and his/her guests must pay their entrance fees and take the necessary precautions as to not damage the grounds nor interfere with the other guests, as well as the Gardens normal operations.

2011 RATES

1. Parking rate.

2. Entrance fee per person

   • Exterior Gardens (High season only)
   • Greenhouses (In all times)

   A reduction of 15% applies to groups of 15 paying people and over. Also, every 21^st paying person receives a free entrance. No reservations are necessary. The necessary reduction will be applied upon arrival and according to the above criteria.

3. Wedding pictures inside the Greenhouses
   

   • extra fee of $100 / per wedding party (maximum 12 people)
   • no trepod
   • applies only during operating hours

   The number of visitors in our greenhouses varies constantly whether it is during the day, during the week or during the season. The decision permitting the newlyweds to take their wedding pictures in the greenhouses relies on the Client Services personnel. Their decision is based on the number of visitors inside the greenhouses, the number of people comprised in your group as well as the greenhouse chosen for the wedding pictures. Necessary precautions must be taken as to not encumber the path of other visitors while taking the wedding pictures. The Montreal Botanical Garden reserves the right to interfere to that effect.

Note: The client and his/her guests are held responsible for all damages caused to other persons, to the Garden's property as well as to their clothing.
