Lea Roback (with flowers) and ILGWU (International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union, Local 262).
Lea Roback helped to organize the 5,000-strong garment workers' strike in 1937 that led to the formation of local 262, the ILGWU's largest chapter in Canada. From 1941 onwards, she helped organize the RCA Victor Union in Saint-Henri.
