Researcher at the Institut de microbiologie et d'hygiène de Montréal.
Directly connected with the Université de Montréal since its foundation in 1938, the institute specialized in infectious diseases research, particularly tuberculosis. It was re-named the Institut Armand-Frappier in 1975, after its founder.
