Chez Paree Menu.
The upscale Chez Paree was a 1950s hot-spot nightclub on Stanley Street. The large club featured floorshows with top headliners, dancing, and it was also a supper club with its own celebrity chef, Nick Morara. Chez Paree declined as commercial television and rock music emerged and attendance at the clubs decreased dramatically. By 1960 it was a strip club, and it has undergone many reincarnations since.
Circa 1955.
