Secondary 2nd cycle and CEGEP

Due to the permanent closure of the "old" Montréal Planetarium on October 10, 2011, and while the "new" Planétarium Rio Tinto Alcan is still under construction, we are under the obligation to put some of our education and outreach activities on hold. Therefore, please note that our Career Day about astronomy-related jobs, for secondary 2nd cycle and CEGEP students, usually held in the fall in cooperation with the Physics Department at the Université de Montréal, will not be presented in 2011 and 2012.

We apologize for any inconvenience arising from this exceptional situation. Please be assured that it is our intention to bring back this activity as soon as the conditions allow.
