The "old" Montréal Planetarium closed permanently on October 10, 2011. But don’t worry! The entire team will be back at the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium in 2013. In the meantime, the Planetarium website will be regularly updated with information, astronomy news and educational activities. Among other things, our activity sheets will remain available.

During the 2011-2012 school year, the Montréal Planetarium will be coming to your school! That way, preschoolers and primary students from Greater Montreal and other areas in Québec will have the chance to experience a presentation under an inflatable planetarium. Why not invite our staff to your school? Reserve right now! See the On The Road section for details about this very special program.
