Throughout the Conference, special presentations will be offered to IPS 2000 participants.
Workshops, Forums, Panel Discussions and Special Oral Presentations
Many presentations encompassing a wide range of topics of interest for planetarians will be offered throughout the Conference under various forms: Panel discussions, Workshops, Forums, and Paper sessions. The main themes will be:
Since many planetarians will use the oral presentations to present their work, try something a little different: we have room for up to 60 posters for our poster sessions. Present your work in an original fashion! Remember, the number of oral sessions is limited.
Vendor Exhibition
As with every IPS Conference, a Vendor Exhibition will be available to planetarians. Taking place from July 11 to July 13, 2000, it will feature products and services from companies specialized in the field of planetaria and immersive multimedia theaters. Your chance to discover the latest products available on the market or discuss current issues with company representatives.
Vendor Sessions in the Planétarium
There will be demonstrations at the Planétarium de Montréal. This is an opportunity to see awesome products and technologies in a true planetarium environment.
