Dear IPS Members and Friends of Planetaria,
We are happy to welcome you to Montréal. The 15th IPS Conference will be held in Montréal, Québec, Canada, from July 9 to 13, 2000 at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel.
The International Planetarium Society represents over 600 individuals and institutions concerned with astronomy education and immersive multimedia theaters. Its members disseminate current space and astronomy information and educational materials to millions of people worldwide.
IPS 2000 will review some of the most striking achievements in the fields of education, administration, museum science and technology. It will provide you with the perfect opportunity to exchange views on what is being done and what has been done. Hopefully, it will also provide the spark for great future projects.
We hope you will be among our participants and are looking forward to easing your participation in every way possible.
