1677 Dollier de Casson, Superior at the Séminaire de Saint-Sulpice and representative of the island's seigneurs, concedes another property to Jean Descaries, this one measuring eighty arpents.
1687 At the death of Jean Descaries, his sons Paul, Michel and Louis inherit his land and continues to clear the Coste Saint-Michel (future Coste Saint-Laurent).
